- Assisting with academic human resources processes: research and study leaves, promotions, interim and tenure reviews, contract renewals, salary reviews and increases, searches and hiring
- Processing payroll for faculty, SL, CI, and SIA
- Creating visiting professors’ immigration letters, postdoctoral fellow engagement letters, sessional lecturer, course instructor, and SIA offer letters
- Assisting with seminar events: Creighton, Gray, Strom
- Maintaining faculty mailing list
- Assisting at Departmental meetings
- Booking meetings for the Chair
