Vicki Norton

I meet regularly with students to assess their status in the History Specialist, Major and Minor programs of study. I advise students on course selection, term work appeals, petitions, academic offences and Independent Study courses.  I schedule all undergraduate courses; assist in determining Sessional Instructor needs; coordinate and maintain the department’s Arts & Science Calendar submissions; represent the History Department at Fall Campus Day, Program Exploration Days and other Arts & Science events; co-administer all aspects of the Teaching Assistants’ portfolio including budget, course needs, assignments and postings; administer the History Department’s undergraduate scholarships, prizes and awards. I also act as a member of the Undergraduate Program Committee, advising on program revisions and curriculum requirements.
