Welcome to the Department of History. We offer broadly diversified programs of study for undergraduate and graduate students alike.

This web site provides information on undergraduate programs based in the Faculty of Arts and Science on the downtown campus, as well as links to the history programs at the Mississauga (UTM) and Scarborough (UTSC) campuses. It also describes our graduate program which draws on approximately 75 historians from all three campuses to provide instruction in all major areas of historical scholarship.
