Women’s Holocaust Narratives

Discussants: Paula David (University of Toronto), Dorota Glowacka (Dalhousie University), Myrna Goldenberg (Montgomery College), Sara R. Horowitz (York University), Golan Moskowitz (Brandeis University). The panel will be moderated by Professor Doris Bergen.

This symposium is free and open to the public. Registration is required. Limited seating.

You are invited to a scholarly program exploring issues around women's Holocaust writing and questions of gender, sexuality, memory and representation in Holocaust Studies.  The round-table discussion, moderated by Professor Doris Bergen, will feature five expert voices on the subject. The panel will be followed by a book launch for "Before all Memory is Lost: Women's Voices from the Holocaust", an anthology edited by Myrna Goldenberg for the Azrieli Foundation Series of Holocaust Survivor Memoirs.
